Refund policy

At ShoeXAR, we offer a 4-day return policy. This means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Due to hygiene reasons, used insoles cannot be returned.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your package.

Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The wrong item was received

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order after approval.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
